At first, I didn't come to yoga out of a genuine interest ; it was at the suggestion of a doctor. I had been struggling with chronic insomnia, and the doctor recommended trying yoga as a way to improve my sleep condition. So, I began attending yoga classes. After about a year, I noticed significant improvements in my sleep quality. Besides better sleep, yoga helped me relax, improve my posture, increase my flexibility, and enhance my overall health. And now, I've truly grown to love yoga.Currently, I have been attending three sessions per week along with my colleagues. Ms. Thao is the instructor who guides us during these sessions. Because my colleagues vary in ages, she customizes each class, tailoring the exercises and poses to suit each person. She carefully observes and adjusts every movement and posture to fit each student's needs. "Listen to your body" is a phrase she consistently emphasizes to remind us not to risk injury by pushing ourselves too hard or performing poses incorrectly.For those who appreciate a beautiful, youthful, cheerful, and gentle teacher, I highly recommend joining her classes .

I started practicing prenatal yoga when I was in the 19th week of my pregnancy. Initially, I was a bit worried because I had never done yoga before. During the first class with Ms. Thao, I felt a bit unsure as there were many other expectant mothers who had been practicing for a while. However, Ms. Thao was very attentive and focused on helping me catch up with the other 'mom-to-be' participants. She always encouraged each of us to practice at different levels based on our own health conditions. What I liked the most was that she consistently emphasized 'listening to your body and listening to your baby.'When performing a certain pose, Ms. Thao always provided various options for both newcomers and those who had been practicing for some time, ensuring that every expectant mother had exercises suitable for their own physical condition. I have been practicing with Ms. Thao for over 11 weeks now and feel quite fortunate to have found prenatal yoga and to have met Ms. Thao.
